well-kept room comfortable stay good selection
my room, a king suite, was very spacious and well kept. it had all the amenities i needed for a comfortable stay. the minibar was stocked with a good selection of drinks. i liked that the location was close to restaurants.
the bar seemed very small. i wish it were a bit bigger.

great layout reasonable prices key card shower temperature
The room had a great layout and interesting decor. The mini bar had reasonable prices (that is always a plus!).
The key card did not work upon arrival. The shower took a long time to warm up, I hope they can fix it.

excellent stay
central location characterful building helpful staff
i found the location very central, with access to many places nearby. the building has character, an aspect that i value a lot. decor felt opulent, and the staff were very helpful, nothing was too much.
the windows seemed single glazed, i could hear noise until late at night.

staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful, they explained everything upon arrival. a chef was obliging in the morning. i found this service very responsive.

my room had complimentary bottles of water and chocolates. the room was spacious, with a large bathroom instead of a cubicle. wifi was ok, and tv had channels available.

the location is very central near the railway station. i found the hotel situated close to shops. it was a great spot for sightseeing, so i enjoy the stay

faulty key card excessive noise
The staff was friendly and provided clear information upon check-in, meeting my basic needs.
My key card did not work when I got to my room. The receptionist sorted it out quickly, but the room was too warm. Opening the windows let in noise from recycling glass bottles and early morning bin men. This made it hard to sleep.

personal touch good room size friendly staff
The front desk staff remembered my name. This was a great personal touch. The room size was good. It contained everything I needed. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The bathroom mixer tap was broken. It was stuck in shower mode, so no bath was possible.

The staff offered attentive service. They quickly addressed any questions. Reception provided luggage storage prior to check-in. Discount codes for nearby parking garages were given.

The hotel has an excellent location. Restaurants, shops, cafes, and the train station are within walking distance. It is close to various bars.

attentive staff huge room
The room was HUGE!!! It was a Beautiful Suite. The staff was attentive. Breakfast arrived right on time, served directly to my room.
The lighting in the room was not ideal.
